I made a recent post About Landy Travels to Twatt, during the same holiday in Orkney we too a went out to Bersey beach and intended on having a nice walk... But someone spotted a little concrete slope just big enough to fit the Landy down. So Landy got the sweet taste of the beach air, turned her round and parked her up in the sun.
If I didnt tell you how cold and windy i was you would think from the photos it was nice and warm, with warm sea and toasty sand. Think again. I was so SO cold! As for the wind it kept blowing into my wellies and hen making me trip over my own feet!

Landy Travels! Twatt!
Hi everyone! I'd like to apologise for not posting in a while, I have been planning some great new content and gathering props and photos and everything I need.
Now I know some of you might not like trucks and landies, so for You this post might not be of interest, but please enjoy the tour!
We took my dogs and they loved it! Anyway, after watching Top Gear years ago I'd always wanted to find the Twatt sign; you ever saw the episode on rudest place names in the UK? Well this one was harder to find than any of us thought..
The day we decided to go out and find this sign we actually spent over half of the day driving in and out of Twatt from every road we could find. You see, apparently tourists like to steal these Twatt signs; probably just because they saw them on Top Gear. At the end of the day though, what are you going you do with a sign that big?! Anyway, we stopped and asked several people, I think one lady thought I was insulting her but oh well :')
When the day was coming to an end, we headed back to our cottage and called it a day, I took to Facebook to ask everyone where exactly was there a sign left? Many local replied with pinpoints or locations on Google Maps which made things so much easier - So thanks to you bunch!

Christmas and Grinchy suprises!
Hiii! Hope you're all having a great Christmas, and I wish you all the best into the New Year!
For me it has been a bit of a different Christmas, I decided to go to a care home on Christmas day and sit with some old people. I did find it extremely hard - I miss my nanny so much so its kind of raw still. My mum was working on Christmas day so I went out in the afternoon and slept out, I had lovely company and I felt at home <3

It was a beautiful meal and everything was decorated so nice! I had a poached tuna starter, a Christmas dinner with Turkey, then a gorgeous cheesecake for dessert. There was a disco, and then I stopped there overnight.. I may have got a little drunk at the end!
My outfit was a black sequin dress, I think it was the Nicole dress from Missguided. However I did take the stitching apart so I could make the waist smaller, adjust the bust and also the thigh part just below my bum.

DeGloved finger!
While I was on a family break I was sent an image of a real degloved finger... After nearly throwing up I though a recreation would actually look pretty cool, So when I came home I took a couple days trying to decide how I could make a mold of my finger with the supplies I have and in the shortest time possible. I ended up going for a liquid latex... Only once taken off the finger and turned it inside out so the messy side was concealed.. I realized that all of the details that should dip like around the nails were raised. Yes, because it was inside out :') to get around this i just painted the nail pink the same colour as my other nails and it was no longer noticeable. I recorded a run through of the whole process and the final results

Summer break in the UK
Heyy! I hope all of you have had a lovely summer holiday! Mine has had it's ups and downs and brought me a few things which have made my year the best year, and a recent event that's kind of put a dampener on my summer but it's life for you :') I ended up ill with blood poisoning so I've been in a bed for quite a while, currently still while blogging now.
Anyway, I have been asked to share a holiday within the UK with my readers, I usually go abroad but this year I went to... Sunny Wales. Surprisingly it was actually really sunny the day we arrived there; then it pretty much got worse weather wise every day. We had some of our Orcadian relatives come and stay with us there so the weather wasn't a big issue because we got to spend a lot of family time together.
We stayed in two cottages joined by a locking door in the centre, so if your only staying in one then the neighbors can't come in. The cottages we stayed in allowed dogs so we took our two and my sister took her rottweiler too.

Butter-friends
Continuing from the short holiday to Wales, we went to the Magic Of Life Butterfly House!
Playing with my new dslr camera! I was able to really capture the detail of all of the butterflies. I literally walked into this place and I was like "They can't be real!!" The way they fly is just incredible, of course I've seen ordinary butterflies fly, but these things were huge! and they flew more like birds and looked like paper swooping around the place.

Part of My Journey...
Now this project is something I swore not to talk about, partially because I think people can be pretty easily influenced and partially because I guess it puts you in the firing line. I'm going to tell more about my life, I guess this is kind of a story time post. Now before I start this story, I'm not looking for attention, and most importantly - this is not any kind of thinspiration in this post.
Everyone's lives have ups and downs, I started being bullied when I was about 11 I think; about the time when I decided I wasn't into the girly games or dancing at break and I wanted to play football with the boys and girls was how girls are. They would come into school and say things that kids wouldn't just come out with like 'your fat on the inside, you should go to the doctors'... I mean dang girl I was already skinny so you call me inside out fat! :') or parents would say things as well on sports day - you could see where the kid's choice of language came from. Eventually I put myself in a box when I lost my cousin. Leaving that school I went from about 80 kids in the school to a big high school with probably around 500+ students to which didn't go well. I was so shy and didn't really know what to do in this crowded situation that I was isolated. In year 9 I lost my uncle (my cousin's dad) who'd I'd grown pretty close to and that hit me so hard, I had to have counselling, some girls at school found out and shouted it up the corridors how he died and it haunted me. A rather large girl then decided to tell people
I stole all her food.. Like really? Which lead to people throwing food at me daily and calling me 'fatty'. Yeah things turned physical but to be honest, nothing hurts me more than emotions, I'd sooner be punched, I can take a punch... But the worst part is, I started to see what I thought they saw. I ended up with an eating disorder in year 11 and that has left me with lasting effects that I am pretty hung up over. Obviously being throughout puberty, I ended up not developing fully and other things just stopped. That was me on the back left when I was at secondary.. As you can see.. I was not 'fat'.
I left school and went off to college and that's when I was noticed, I was paid decent money to model and I must've got in a day nearly a week of the wages I get now. Now think about that.. I was scouted when I was ill. I got to go on the catwalk several times in a show and I fitted in clothes that other models couldn't, I was made to feel good for how my body looked. The image on the right is one of the only photos I can find when I was ill, you can see how stick thin my legs were.. Looking back I can't believe I did that to myself because of people bullying me. Society doesn't even realise what its doing. Now to cut a long story shorter (because I've already made it long) I use to run to my nans three times a day when I was at college to eat with her whilst she was ill and it took about half hour there/back and eventually lost her and then I didn't no what to do with myself.. Then my dad broke his neck and then my mom got cancer so basically I forgot to look after myself because I was concentrating on looking after them; eventually I ended up in hospital myself. It was at that moment when something clicked in my mind, I got 2 years of college work and exams done in 2 weeks - 100% on everything so not bad haha! then I left college months early and joined the gym, I was going five times a week, building up my food intake and protein consumption and I was doing weights - not cardio.
I started to put muscle weight on, my booty started growing and to be honest that alone got me hooked on the idea of pushing myself to be strong, better than I was and have an image in my head I want to achieve in the long run. It's a slow process, but it's constant and it's my mind that made the most difference. Now, if I get ill I'm thinking 'I don't want to loose weight, I still need to eat and hurry up and get better'.
So this is me now... A year or so ago I would have never showed my belly! I'm still a little uncomfortable to be honest but I know there's a good body there despite what my mind is telling me. I dress completely different now, I use to wear all baggy clothes when I weighed next to nothing because I still felt big, now I'm getting solid and I'm proud!
I find it crazy because often people come to me and ask me how I have gotten this shape, and they ask about diets etc - wrong idea!! No Diets, No weight loss tablets or teas, no body wraps. Literally just lifting weights and although many people say avoid carbs; I eat no end of pasta, if it wasn't for pasta I wouldn't have been able to build myself the way I have. Besides I won't eat food I don't enjoy. I can eat more than my dad when I feel like it and that's saying something! Also I often get asked by companies to promote detox's, teas, weight loss supplements and they have all received the same answer - I don't support that kind of stuff. Always believe the natural way is the best way, even if the product is made from natural ingredients I won't be putting anything unnecessary in my body when I can do it naturally and the proper way. I will try out fitness/exercise products but not anything that goes inside your body. I'm thinking of taking up pole dancing classes to help with upper body strength.. Not the stripper classes.. The fitness classes haha.
I have lots of exercise equipment and I also make use of things already available at home like the stairs etc. I do eat protein powder and that is the only supplement I take. And yes, I said eat, I can't bring myself to drink it.
Admittedly this post has took me a couple months to write because I kept deleting things thinking 'you don't need to know that part'. But at the end of the day, if my story can help at least one person, help them see the light and try harder then I'm happy. People don't speak about bullying and mental disorders enough, just because you cant see the problem doesn't mean it's not there, eating disorders are a mental disorders and people should think before making comments to those people.
In no way am I saying my body is prefect, but I'm proud of how far I have come. Body positivity should be spread, I always compliment people, a compliment never hurt nobody! :)

Winter and Wood Watches
Hi everyone! Gosh, not long till Christmas now. I am not one of those people that gets all hyped up before December anyway, but this year I'm really looking forward to giving gifts more than before.
With the Christmas time gaining on us I plan to do some Christmas themed sfx makeup, I have some ideas planned already. Also I am going to be started a Twisted Disney Series, where I will be taking characters from various Disney films and re-creating them - making them either dead, crazy, or using their story-line to twist them somehow. If that sounds interesting then do keep a lookout here, or my instagram or my youtube for the tutorials and runthroughs. I've spent a lot of time at the gym and re-focusing myself, I feel that sometimes we loose that but we have the time to fix things if we want too... Speaking of time! *Gosh I talk too much sometimes*

I received this WoodWatch . This one I have is part of the Sydney series, this particular watch caught my eye as soon as I visited their website. I think it has a somewhat similar design to an 'IceWatch'' or as I have a 'ToyWatch' Although its made from wood! Yes it's different, I haven't actually seen a watch made from wood before;

Fake it!
Hi everyone! So I have finally moved back home, it's been super busy the last couple weeks with everything and I've been without internet for a while. It surprises me how much I actually use internet and then when I don't have it I don't really know what to do with myself (I shouldn't admit to that but it's true). I mean so much of what I do, well it needs it!
I am going to be getting some more piercings soon and to be honest it's such a build up because I'm scared of needles and stuff but I really want them anyway. I have bought items from The Body Jewellery Shop before but this time I got some ear piercing studs... Accept no actual piercing is needed!
My ears a little small so this cuff is a bit too big but I still like it. This is the Elegant ear cuff and it's literally under £2.50

Glamazon forest tribe
Inspired by one of laladreambox's artwork pieces which I came across on her instagram page. This one in particular is called 'Hybrid'. Her pieces are for sale on her website too, which is here.
(Image from Laladreambox's instagram - permission of image use granted)
I have never tried making a head dress before so to be honest I had no idea what I was doing. I took a look at the colours and the patterns in the drawing and decided to use duck, goose and lovebird feathers along with a range of green buttons. I went with the green and yellow/orange colour theme.

Vegan tuck box
Hi everyone!
So I have just moved house whilste mine is being partially ripped down becahse the boiler leaked oil everywhere and the fumes can kill us. Weve now moved to a busier adea and its unbelievable how different it feels to live somewhere so diverse. I mean I'm use to being surrounded by farms and fields.. which stick of animal turd most of the year, but you know what they say 'smell the fresh country air'. Here is way busier, houses lined up and I've nearly been squished by a couple of cars already! Feel like a right country goon. Of course ive been to london for modelling but Its just different living in a busy place.

Anyway, i have been waiting to get internet connection for a while now because there isn't any here yet. The people have got to come out and install of the wiring and all of that stuff (I definitely sound knowledgeable there haha).
I have been talking with Vegan Tuck Box about their products for a while now and they decided to send me a sample of what they offer. I've wanted to be a proper vegetarian for ages now but my mum legit wont let me cook in 'her kitchen' so i have to eat what she cooks... although i wont eat cows because I like them too much! I mainly eat chicken and fish but my parents say I'm already skinny enough and id get ill if i was a vegetarian because I don't eat a wide a range of food to be healthy.
So opening up this box I see plenty of variety, considering these products don't even have any animal product in them, including milk, gelatin etc.

Skull bandanna
Here is the bandanna look in a pretty dull lit room, I think it looks a lot different to in natural light.
Then here is an image with me sat next to a window, which I think you can pretty much see the paint is almost glowing it looks so bright! Completely different look as to in dull light.

Sun Set Palm Trees
So these are the nails I did on my cousin whilst I was away on holiday last week , I recreated them once I got home for tutorial purposes and have now completed it to show you all.
(snippets from the tutorial)
This was created using a basic kit I luckily took on holiday with me and I think it's pretty simple to create. I love painting nails and faces and everything now! :D I've put the tutorial below:
A full product list is included on the youtube video description - here so if anyone wants to get any of the products in the video they're all over there. This is also the first nail art tutorial where I've put my face in it and spoke to you before and after the actual tutorial, I feel that's kind of necessary now as I really want to connect with you all; so please do excuse where I mess up and get confused about what I'm talking about haha!
I am uploading content to my youtube channel like nail art tutorials, special effects makeup tutorials, run throughs and reviews so please do head over there to check it out; and maybe subscribe if it looks interesting ;)

PetShop Box Unboxing!
I was sent this parcel for my two dogs, one is Paws - the Labrador, the other is Zeus - the rottweiler cross bullmastiff. Zeus was old enough for us to have a couple of days before Christmas this year and Paws is eight years old. Basically; Paws was planned and Zeus wasn't but I tell you about that disaster on the video

Japanese snack box!
I was sent this snack box from Nandemobox, so thanksyou so much! :D
I love travelling around the world and to different parts of Britain and seeing the culture and trying new cuisines. Snack boxes are something I am totally interested in, I literally sit for hours watching people unboxing and trying them from all over the world over on YouTube.
I do love trying new things, although I do have my preferences and some things I do not like at all.
I was also grateful for the translation sheet... As I can't read Japanese or even guess what some of these things were!
I loved the strawberry collagen sweets, they tasted pretty natural and they're good for your skin! These were my favourite thing in the box, and the resealable packet wasn't too much use for me as I ended up eating them all in one go anyway :'D
Surprisingly I also loved the seaweed crisps, I didn't really want to try these because I think seaweed stinks. These smelled good though and tasted even better! They reminded me of 'Monster Munch' crisps. The crab crackers were pretty weird, yet tasted good although I didn't no what the red things were so I was a bit unsure about it - It did taste like a prawn cracker though that you get from a Chinese here in England... If you'd like to see me trying these snacks and my nasty faces when I didn't like something you can checkout the video haha! I have more reviews on their way to my YouTube so follow me on there if you would like to keep updated and see what I get up to :)
They ship all around the world I believe and the postage is included. You can sign up for a one-off box or for a repeat subscription; so you can get lots of crazy sweets sent to you every month. They do about 3 different box types I think which are - Kawaii, snacks and then beauty.
I am uploading content to my youtube channel like nail art tutorials, special effects makeup tutorials, run throughs and reviews so please do head over there to check it out; and maybe follow if it looks interesting ;)

Eye of the tiger!
The facepaint I did on myself
Heyy everyone!!
when I come to pick a design to do on my face or my nails I'm always faced with the decision of what to paint... Which can takes me hours just to pick a design because I have so many ideas I just don't know which to do and in what order. Enough of that rambling though haha!
As you can see the face paint looks more realistic with fur around the edges, I did forget snow tigers have white fur and threw on the wrong coat and only realized when I came to write this blog... erhh my tigers got a tan! The pictures are all unedited, I don't think it's entirely fair on viewers when muas edit pictures to give a look that can't be created - because it's kinda not real, if you get where I'm going with this? I have also filmed a little video clip and popped that up on my YouTube channel and I think I've managed to give a preview on this post. But if you like it, please head over to my YouTube Channel as I will be doing tutorials, some videos I may just film me creating a look so you can see me doing it but if I'm unable to do a tutorial at that point; because I don't know how to show you step by step then I will still show you as I want to bring everyone together and we all learn together!
So this is only my second attempt at face painting, when I was talking about picking designs most people who are new to something might start at well, the beginning maybe!? Me, I just throw myself in at the deep end and sit up in my room for hours if that's what it takes to be happy with a design. Even if I fail, Of course I get annoyed but I just try something else or try to do the same thing a different way... Or if all else fails? I improvise and make the design way more complicated than planned to take away the distraction from went wrong. This deign took me about an hour to do which I hope to speed up as I practice more. This design was actually pretty hard for me to do when it came to the eye part as I cant see properly with one eye so when I had to shut my good eye, well I had to guess where to paint so that bit is a tad bit wobbly.

First of the paints!
(Image: My mother is my mannequin for the evening)
For christmas my parents got me a bundle of snazaroo face paints, brushes, sponges etc as they know I'm enjoying dabbling into makeup artist work and I don't know its something I can do in my spare time. In fact my room has been decorated how I wanted it but I'm starting to add things and designing my storage units, fold out worktops etc - so it's more convenient for filming, everything will be organised better and all that good stuff aha :D
